Went for a ride round Jesmond Dene this morning to check out if the new road had been finished, it hasn't. As soon as I left the house I knew it was gonna be abit sketchy, super sunny and wet floor aren't ideal for being able to see where your going, why didn't I just wear sunglasses? Took a wrong turn, came back on myself, continued, took another corner..WHOOSH zipped out on my hip. Black ice strikes again! Continued my ride round the Dene anyway, plenty of big dogs and push chairs about, was a good loop just need to remember to NEVER LEAN!

I used to go to Jesmond Dene all the time, it’s a cool little place. Is the little ‘zoo’ still there? They had the driest pigs ever!

Yeah the 'zoo' has actually just had a makeover and they've invested in some brand new shiny pigs along with ducks, guinea pigs and sheep. Cool little place.
