"There's new information coming out in the case of the man known as the "Blue-Eyed Rapist."

David Hopper is accused of raping several women in the Tri-State, and he appeared in federal court on Tuesday, where two victims testified.

One victims said Hopper was afraid she had seen the name on his checkbook, so he put a gun in her mouth and said he'd kill her if she told anyone of the assault.

Another victim described Hopper as "nervous, but in control."
